Your New Role:
To be successful you'll already have experience generating consistent fee results in the top quartile, develop effective business plans to ensure business growth and identifying client opportunities through marketing and client visits.
You'll also be able to demonstrate your success in developing others to reach their potential and your genuine passion for accelerating careers including skills in coaching and development. On top of coaching and mentoring Associate Consultants and Consultants, you will supervise your team in Manager's absence, creating an equal, diverse and inclusive culture where all people are respected as individuals.This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing Senior Recruitment Consultant or Consultant
We will be looking to you to grow out the designated specialism. In addition, you will need to drive performance and be expected to lead from the front in terms of billing and developing relationship with both clients and candidates.
