Sales Coordinator (6-Month Contract)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, invoicing, and delivery coordination
- Liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Verify customer information, order details, and payment accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels to support smooth sales operations
- Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Maintain and update sales data, customer records, and documentation
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and correspondence
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support / sales administration
- Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Location: Pandan Loop (West)
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm
