Temp HR Admin Support (File & Records Management | 5-Month Contract)
  • $11.50/hour | ? Mon–Fri Office Hours | ? East Tampines

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day office operations
  • Conduct stocktaking of corporate files and update inventory records
  • Verify and cross-check documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Retrieve missing employment history and certifications for proper filing
  • Organise, label, sort, and pack physical HR documents for storage or disposal
  • Ensure compliance with document classification and archival guidelines
  • Create inventory lists using MS Excel and manage document cartons
  • Support stock take of HR physical assets and identify items for disposal
  • Provide general assistance across the HR department where needed

General Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions
  • Comfortable with lifting and moving stacks of files or document cartons
