Location – Central
Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]
Key Responsibilities- Deliver features end-to-end: translate business requirements and UX designs into reusable React components and pages.
- Review requirements and user stories for technical feasibility, scope, and risk; propose pragmatic alternatives when needed.
- Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement resilient fixes with appropriate tests.
- Write clean, testable code with unit/integration tests; ensure accessibility (WCAG), performance, and security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, uphold coding standards, and contribute to the improvement of the component library.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify edge cases and ensure business value is met.
- Work in an Agile environment: contribute to backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; provide accurate estimates.
- Support CI/CD processes, including feature flags and observability for safe, frequent releases.
