Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations teams on material planning and stock control.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain procurement records, review documentation, and coordinate with Finance on invoice and payment matters.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through spend analysis, strategic sourcing, and supplier performance management.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Prior experience in stock management is an advantage
