Geylang - Marketing Coordinator

• Provide admin and logistical support for donor programmes and daily operations
• Assist with event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up
• Maintain donor records and support programme planning in key areas
• Liaise with council members, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Handle procurement and vendor coordination
• Manage backend tasks (email inboxes, internal sites, newsletters, comms)
• Support social media and digital comms (based on skillset)
• Draft donor updates, reports, and correspondence
• Flexibly support marketing/comms depending on strengths

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years’ experience in administration, events, or communications
• Strong organisational, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools (e.g. CMS, social media platforms)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment
