Investment Banking Analyst (up to 12 months contract)

Job Description

1. Assist the department in the execution of corporate finance transactions such as IPOs, M&A, Debt Advisory covering Leveraged/ Structured Financing, and other financial advisory engagements.
2. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation and modeling to support transaction execution.
3. Preparing pitch materials for department's new business development activities, including materials such as pitchbooks and client presentations among others.
4. Responsible for coordinating the various project workstreams among internal and external stakeholders.
5. Assist in deal execution, including due diligence, financial modelling, and transaction structuring.
6. Assists the department on the day-to-day project management and cross-functional collaboration.

1. More than 1 year of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Strategic Advisory, or related field
2. Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (i.e. Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.)
4. Client-ready data visualization skill and detailed-oriented
5. Ability to work effectively and perform in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
