Business Development /Sales Support Officer (Supply Chain/ Logistic/ Freight)
- Location : Henderson Road
- Working hours : 5 days / office hours
- Salary (Commensurate with experience): Gross up to $ 3500 (Basic up to $3200 + Commission + Performance Bonus
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Freight and Logistics Solutions Provider
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries
- Service maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account support
- Establish, make phone calls to targeted customers, assess and qualify for sales development
- Arrange sales appointments; Create Sales Opportunity
- Negotiate for competitive costs from overseas office/agents/Shipping Lines
- Issuance of quotations
- Prepare official quotations
- Follow up on quotations to clients
- Establish SOP with Network/Customer Service to ensure understanding on customer's requirements
- Marine cargo insurance application
- Create customer's awareness regarding company's services
Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE 'O' level or its equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience the Freight Forwarding industry preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office
