Business Development Manager

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate partnership growth and revenue expansion.
This role is suited for a strong deal-maker who thrives on building pipeline, negotiating commercial structures, and closing partnerships that deliver measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Acquisition & Deal Closure- Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships
- Own the full sales lifecycle from sourcing and pitching to negotiation and contract execution
- Structure commercially viable partnerships
- Build and manage a robust pipeline with clear conversion accountability
- Drive new revenue streams
- Negotiate commercial terms to ensure sustainable margin and scalability
- Translate opportunities into structured business cases for internal approval
- Deliver revenue targets and contribute directly to the vertical’s growth
- Work cross-functionally to launch partnerships efficiently
- Ensure timely implementation and go-live of signed deals
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing partner accounts
- Min 3 years in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex commercial deals
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to build pipeline independently and drive deals to completion
- Comfortable operating in a growth-stage, performance-driven environment
