About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Corporate Communications to join F&N Limited. In this role, you will shape and drive the Group’s corporate communication strategies—ensuring clear, credible, and consistent messaging across both internal and external audiences.
You will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities, corporate developments, and people initiatives into impactful communications that strengthen corporate reputation, employee engagement, and stakeholder trust.
Key Responsibilities- Corporate Messaging & Reputation Management
- Develop and maintain consistent corporate messaging aligned with Group strategy
- Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and reputational risks
- Identify opportunities to enhance corporate reputation across stakeholders
- Communications Planning & Execution
- Translate business strategies into effective communication plans
- Lead communication campaigns supporting key initiatives and change programs
- Track performance using communication KPIs and analytics to measure impact and reach
- Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Collaborate with Human Capital on employee-related communications
- Manage internal channels (e.g. newsletters, corporate website, social platforms)
- Drive engagement through meaningful, aligned content
- Media Relations & External Communications
- Lead press releases, media engagements, and interviews
- Build and maintain strong media relationships
- Deliver media training for spokespeople to ensure effective communication
- Issues & Crisis Management
- Drive crisis communication readiness and response
- Advise leadership during sensitive issues and coordinate messaging
- Conduct post-incident reviews to strengthen future preparedness
- Investor Relations & Financial Communications Support
- Support earnings releases, annual reports, and investor materials
- Align investor messaging with broader corporate positioning
- Work closely with Finance and Legal on business narratives
- Agency Management
- Manage and evaluate external communication agencies
- Ensure alignment with branding, objectives, and budgets
- Optimize agency performance and cost efficiency
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or Public Relations
- Experience in FMCG or consumer-facing industries preferred
- Exposure to listed-company communications and annual reporting is an advantage
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into communication plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and sound judgment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset
- Deep expertise in corporate communications, media relations, and crisis management
- Familiarity with digital, social media strategies, and communication analytics
- Working knowledge of generative AI and digital tools is advantageous
