Job Summary

Lead quality assurance activities and supervise QA/QC staff to ensure compliance with quality management systems. Manage inspections, resolve quality issues, and liaise with customers to deliver long-term quality solutions.

• Execute quality assurance activities aligned with the company’s quality management system to maintain product standards
• Supervise and enhance the quality assurance knowledge of QA/QC team members to improve overall performance
• Act as management representative to uphold quality policies and standards within the organization
• Approve First Article Inspection Reports to validate initial product quality and compliance
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure product quality at all stages
• Provide expert support and guidance to QA/QC staff in resolving quality-related problems and managing daily quality activities
• Program CMM and Quick Vision equipment for product and mold insert inspections to ensure precision and accuracy
• Monitor the Quality Environmental Management System (QEMS) to maintain compliance with internal and external standards
• Liaise effectively with customers on quality issues to identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actions
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support quality assurance objectives
