Business Developement Executive - Pasir Ris
About the role
We're seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at CP Foods Singapore Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Paya Lebar East Region and will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our company.
What you'll be doing- Proactively research and prospect for new potential clients in the local market
- Arrange and conduct in-person meetings to pitch our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business
- Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and track progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Provide feedback and insights to improve our sales processes and offerings
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- At least 3 years of experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective clients
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organisation and time management skills to juggle multiple sales opportunities
- Hunger to learn, grow and continuously improve sales performance
