Software Engineer (C# .Net) - Singapore - 1 year Contract (Renewable, Convertible)

This role involves close collaboration with business users to ensure system stability and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues and system incidents promptly
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams to analyse root causes and resolve technical issues
• Handle service requests and change requests, including development, testing, and deployment
• Perform system enhancements and minor application developments
• Conduct unit and system integration testing for all fixes and enhancements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system changes
• Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and provide timely support
• Participate in release planning and deployment activities
• Ensure compliance with change management and incident management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in software development and support using C# .NET technologies
• Strong experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core, ASP.NET, WPF and SQL Server
• Familiar with incident management and change management processes
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Experience working with business users to gather requirements or clarify issues is a plus
• Experience in Agile environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
