Asset Management Accountant

• M&A & Project Support: Provide financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and overseas warehouse projects. Assist in financial due diligence and evaluate the quality of target assets.
• Post-Investment Monitoring: Track the financial performance of acquired assets against investment benchmarks and assist in post-acquisition financial integration.
• Technical Accounting: Lead the recognition, measurement, and impairment testing of long-term assets and equity investments. Expertly apply SFRS(I) 16 / IFRS 16 (Leases) to complex logistics and warehouse lease structures and accounting for Investment Properties under IAS 40 / SFRS(I) 1-40.
• Asset Management: Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), manage depreciation/amortization, and lead annual impairment testing and physical verification.
• Reporting & Liaison: Prepare comprehensive asset analysis reports for local management and monthly reporting packages for the parent group. Coordinate with external auditors, professional valuers, and tax consultants. Support preparation of monthly and annual consolidation report packages to the parent group. Ensure financial reporting complies with SFRS(I)/IFRS, group policies, and audit requirements.
• Valuation Oversight: Review external valuation reports to ensure the underlying financial assumptions align with operational reality and group policies.
• Tax：Support corporate income tax (CIT) compliance in Singapore and overseas entities. Assist in transfer pricing (TP) matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Backgrounds in logistics asset management, or corporate M&A departments are an advantage.
• Professional Qualification: CA Singapore, CPA, or ACCA is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English in order to manage teams overseas.
• Fluent verbal Chinese communication skills in order to engage internal stakeholders.
