Key Responsibilities:

Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained by company standards, policies, and guidelines
Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to verify the cleanliness and upkeep of furnishings, facilities, and equipment
Oversee designated areas to ensure housekeeping operations meet established service standards
Perform random audits of service areas to ensure compliance and efficiency
Ensure housekeeping trolleys are fully stocked and properly stored in designated locations
Carry out Room Attendant duties, including room cleaning and the assignment of additional tasks
Respond to and complete work orders and service requests promptly and effectively
Investigate and follow up on guest feedback related to housekeeping services to ensure issues are resolved
