• Adecco is partnering with a leading company to hire a Business Program Manager
• This role offers an exciting opportunity to own and drive key business programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

• At least 2-3 years of solid experience in business program management, handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, set priorities, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Strong skills in process ownership, risk management, and strategic planning.
• Proficient in data analysis with ability to derive insights and inform business decisions.
• Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across business, product, and engineering groups.
• Strong business acumen with situational leadership skills.

• Drive and review program goals and priorities based on stakeholder needs. Define roadmaps and prioritize deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build credibility through effective collaboration.
• Establish, document, and improve operational processes while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Deliver clear, strategic communications and develop comprehensive program documentation.
• Lead development of program roadmaps and risk assessments; implement mitigation strategies.
• Define and track key metrics to measure program performance and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across programs and report to leadership.
• Foster strategic partnerships with product, engineering, and business teams.
• Lead post-program reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define program vision and secure executive buy-in to ensure success.
