Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Planning

Partnerships & Relationship Management

Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and industry leaders.
Negotiate high-value contracts, agreements, and strategic alliances.
Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.

Sales & Revenue Generation

Drive the sales pipeline and oversee end-to-end business development processes.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design customer acquisition strategies.
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, product) to align growth strategies.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and success.

Financial & Operational Oversight

Prepare and manage budgets related to business development initiatives.

Provide regular reports and forecasts to the executive leadership team.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
