As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you’ll take the lead in turning ideas into meaningful visitor experiences across museums, exhibitions, and event environments. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creative problem-solving, is curious about new digital possibilities, and can confidently manage both the design process and production delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead creative and design production from concept to delivery
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners
Present and communicate ideas effectively
Develop visually engaging proposals, mockups, and final assets
Balance creativity with practical production know-how

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience in multimedia, experience design, or related fields
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
Effective communicator, both visually and verbally
Highly organised and confident managing timelines and outputs
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Bonus: Experience with Figma, video editing, Mac Keynote, interactive media, or AI-supported tools
