Financial Reporting Support Assistant | 5 Day Work Week | 4 Months Contract

Salary: $2,580/month

Working Hours:

Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a staff to support the Financial Reporting and Standards team during a peak filing period. The role involves assisting in regulatory processing and administrative tasks related to financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing applications under the Companies Act (CA), including XBRL business rule exemption requests.
• Conduct compliance checks on CA applications to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collate feedback and support analysis of public queries and consultation responses.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to reduce workload during peak months.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in corporate secretarial work or familiarity with regulatory submissions is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
