What you'll do:

As a Relationship Manager Priority Clients Onshore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial wellbeing of affluent individuals by delivering tailored advice and comprehensive wealth management solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve engaging with clients through multiple channels-both digital and face-to-face-to understand their goals and provide guidance that aligns with their ambitions.

You will be expected to keep abreast of industry developments so you can offer timely recommendations on deposits, payments, financing options, investment strategies, and more.

  • Deliver outstanding experiences by providing attentive, responsive service to priority clients at every interaction, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.
  • Organise and follow up on leads efficiently, complete and record appointments accurately, and ensure all customer requests are closed promptly with meticulous attention to detail.

What you bring:

To excel as a Relationship Manager Priority Clients Onshore, you will bring substantial experience from previous roles within banking or wealth management environments where relationship-building was central. Your background should include hands-on exposure to managing portfolios for affluent or high-net-worth individuals as well as familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing financial services.

You will possess not only technical expertise but also emotional intelligence-the ability to listen deeply, respond thoughtfully, and adapt your approach according to each client's unique circumstances.
