The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that business processes run efficiently. They will play a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, financial management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills to drive the business toward its objectives and enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement business strategies, goals, and initiatives to meet organizational objectives. Collaborate with senior management to create and execute short-term and long-term plans.
• Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and analyze financial reports to ensure the business operates within budget. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor staff members, ensuring that the team is motivated, productive, and aligned with company goals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess business processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Client Relations & Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and within the required timeframes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports for senior management on business performance, including sales, expenses, and operational efficiency. Provide recommendations based on analysis of performance data.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the business complies with industry regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards. Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
