As an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, for Community Care Nursing Leadership (CCNLP), you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring effective programme delivery and achieving talent development outcomes for nursing leadership. You will play a key role in strengthening a robust nursing talent pipeline through the CCNL programme, serving as the main talent partner for nursing talents and tracking their development progress alongside HR division of stakeholders.

You will also support leadership succession planning and contribute to the implementation of the Community Care Leadership Competency Framework (CCLF) to prepare nursing leaders for evolving sector challenges. In addition, you will work closely with all CCNLP’s Talent Partners (TP) in reviewing the received Individual Development Plans (IDPs) from each Community Care Organisation (CCO) in ensuring relevancy of proposed developmental initiatives, courses, conferences and attachments.

  • Coordinate updates to the Development Review Committee (DRC) on the overall progress of all Nursing Talents (including graduated) and seek approval for the IDPs of newly onboarded CCNLP nursing talents.
  • Conduct long-term tracking of each Nursing Talent’s progress, expected development milestones, and proactively identify potential derailers to ensure successful leadership readiness.
  • Support learning needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical people development areas aligned with strategic priorities, specifically within the nursing leadership context.
  • Evaluate and prioritise course nominations for the HLC’s suite of leadership programmes, ensuring alignment with talent development goals and strategic priorities.
  • Curate and implement suitable curriculum for nursing leadership development, leveraging partnerships to facilitate impactful learning programmes.
  • Analyse data metrics to give insights and feedback to assess the effectiveness and ROI of CCNLP and related learning initiatives.
  • Maintain and optimise the learning and development schedule related to nursing leadership, recommending process improvements for seamless programme execution.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline with 2 to 5 years of working experience
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and an aptitude in problem solving
  • Proactive, self-motivated, versatile, and meticulous with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge and with active usage of Excel formulas, VBA/Macros etc
