IT Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to provide daily IT support and assist in maintaining IT systems. This role involves supporting internal users, handling IT equipment, and gaining hands-on experience in IT operations.

• Provide daily IT support and handle IT incidents and service requests for hardware, software, and end-user devices (PCs, printers, scanners, etc.)
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, printers, and scanners
• Support client PC setup, user onboarding, data archiving, and troubleshooting
• Manage and track IT assets, user accounts, and documentation
• Support cloud services such as Microsoft 365 (e.g., user setup, basic administration)
• Assist in basic IT infrastructure tasks including data backup, server support, and network support
• Apply basic system updates and assist in IT security operations as instructed
• Support basic IT security tasks such as antivirus installation and firewall setup
• Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for issue resolution when required
• Coordinate with HQ IT team on system support, issues, and implementation when required
• Assist in IT projects such as system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with email systems, network printers, and IT asset management
• Basic understanding of IT security concepts
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Apps, Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT infrastructure and systems
• Able to work onsite in Singapore
