Buyer (Electronics Manufacturing | Hybrid/WFH Options)
Job Description
We are hiring a Buyer to support sourcing and procurement activities within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role involves supplier engagement, cost control, and ensuring accurate procurement data within ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities- Source raw materials by obtaining competitive quotations
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability
- Maintain accurate component pricing and supplier data in SAP
- Negotiate pricing and drive cost optimisation initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Identify and develop new supplier opportunities
- Support procurement operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with SAP system will be an added advantage
- AM Shift (Hybrid)
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday to Monday
- Office: Thurs, Fri, Mon | WFH: Sat, Sun
- PM Shift (WFH)
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Thursday to Monday
- Fully WFH (may be required to report to office when needed)
