About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team at Jack Cars Enterprise Pte Ltd. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle for our small business clients, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance.This is a full-time role based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and supporting documentation.
- Financial Statements: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- GST & Tax Compliance: Prepare GST returns, support corporate income tax compliance, and ensure timely submission of statutory obligations.
- Audit Coordination: Prepare schedules, liaise with auditors, and ensure smooth completion of statutory audits.
- Tax & Regulatory Liaison: Work with consultants, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies on compliance matters.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the finance team on daily accounting operations.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (corporate or public accounting).
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST filing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance in Singapore.
