We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager to support and manage residential interior and bathroom ware projects. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution from planning to completion.

• Assist in managing end-to-end project coordination for residential interior and bathroom installations
• Liaise with clients, contractors, designers, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
• Prepare project schedules, monitor timelines, and track progress
• Coordinate site activities, including delivery, installation, and inspection
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Attend site meetings and resolve project issues promptly
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover materials
• Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Building, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in housing interior / renovation / sanitary or bathroom products
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Willing to travel to project sites across Singapore
