About the Role

You will be part of the Business Office's Billing Team, supporting the billing manager in managing complex billing-related enquiries and operations. This role involves supervising the billing team, ensuring efficient operations and high service standards, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
  • Investigate and manage complex billing-related feedback, including bill cancellations, waivers, and refund processes
  • Monitor and track billing submissions in the National Platform for Healthcare Claims (NHPC) and coordinate with the team to resolve rejected claims
  • Analyze billing feedback data and trends to generate periodic reports and insights
  • Liaise with MOH, CPF Board, insurers and other relevant authorities on health finance policy matters
  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Involved in system migration project
  • Training coordination
  • Support system migration projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Supervise and provide guidance to team members while monitoring performance
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (healthcare-related fields or business administration preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in systems migration, human resource, training, or healthcare would be an advantage -- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
