Our client is in the Real Estate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Facility Technical Officer to join their Team, aiming to enhance their current high performing team. They are located at Central – Easily accessible.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the overall day to day maintenance and operations of building
Monitor and ensure that the systems operate smoothly in accordance with the design specifications
Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure all contractors complete the repair and maintenance work within the timeline
Responsible for the co-ordination of tenancy fit out works and monitoring of fit out acitivities

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Real Estate or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in handling building's M&E
Comfortable with 6 to 9 months contract
