Job scope:
- Perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and routine maintenance of core products: robots, controllers, and aligners.
- This is a hands-on role involving equipment handling, mechanical adjustments, electrical wiring, and component replacement.
- Travel to client locations to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance services as required.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection and service reports to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in receiving incoming goods, verifying deliveries, and performing inventory checks to ensure parts availability.
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks for in-house facilities and support general workshop upkeep.
- Work closely with team members and follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any engineering related field
- Possessing a valid Class 3 Driving License is an advantage but not mandatory
