Role Overview
We are seeking a pro-active and driven individual to join our Sales team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, customer engagement, business development and understands the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client outreach.
- Conduct tours and presentations of our office spaces to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored workspace solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- 3 to 6 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
- A Microsoft Office- expert at Excel and Powerpoint
