Art Storage & Logistics Business Development Manager - Pasir Ris

We offer secure storage for art collections, galleries, museums, and private collectors, along with end-to-end logistics services. As we grow, we are looking for a strategic and proactive Business Development Manager to expand our network and drive new client acquisitions.

Position Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships in the art logistics sector, and driving revenue growth through both direct storage clients and B2B collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and secure new clients requiring art storage and logistics services (galleries, collectors, museums, etc).
• Develop strategic partnerships with other art storage providers for overflow storage, regional expansion, or reciprocal services.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, industry events, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored storage and logistics solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional networks.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations for potential partners and clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports on progress and targets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles, preferably in logistics, warehousing, fine art services, or related industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, reports, data tracking).
• Strong existing network within the art world or storage/logistics sectors is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and close business deals.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
