We are a fast-growing Singapore brand behind several festive and seasonal businesses. Our team manages large volumes of online orders during key festive seasons and we are looking for a responsible Operations Executive to support daily fulfilment and logistics operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
We are hiring an Operations Executive to run the daily engine of the business—handling customer enquiries, printing and packing orders, coordinating drivers, operational planning, and other relevant duties.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Delivery Coordination- Coordinate delivery drivers and ensure orders are properly prepared for dispatch
- Check order quantities and ensure correct items are packed before delivery
- Monitor delivery progress and identify potential delays
- Assist in updating customers when delivery schedules change
- Receive incoming stock from suppliers and verify quantities
- Assist with stock counting and inventory tracking
- Monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations
- Support daily packing and fulfilment processes during busy periods
- Assist part-time staff with operational procedures when required
- Help ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Assist with setup and operations of seasonal booths or pop-up retail locations
- Monitor booth inventory and assist with stock counts
- Maintain organised records of operational activities and documents
- Assist with operational data recording and filing
- Handle basic customer service enquiries and provide product information
- Responsible and organised individual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer literacy (Excel / Google Sheets / order systems)
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Alert and attentive (accuracy matters)
- Organised and systematic (you like checklists and closing loops)
- Calm under pressure (you don’t panic when peak hits)
- High integrity (cashless/records/invoices/orders must be clean)
- Team player (you coordinate, not just “do your part”)
- 5-day work week including weekends and PH
- Shift schedule to be discussed
- $2,800 – $3,200 per month (depending on experience)
