About the role
Join our vibrant team at mozmoji' as a part-time Barista in the Maxwell Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee beverages in a fast-paced, yet fun and rewarding environment.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes and more
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive café experience
- Maintaining a clean and organised work station
- Restocking and rotating inventory as needed
- Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
- Potentially assisting with light food preparation and service
- What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
- Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Making espresso with consistent high quality
- At least one year barista working experience(with pourover experience is preferred)
