Compliance Officer (MAS/ RIET)

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to ensure our operations adhere to regulatory standards. You will manage MAS filings, REIT compliance matters, and SGX disclosures while fostering a strong compliance culture across the organization.

• Prepare and submit MAS regulatory filings (Forms 1–5, annual declarations) and monitor regulatory changes
• Oversee REIT compliance including leverage limits, investment restrictions, and Interested Person Transactions (IPTs)
• Manage SGX announcements and continuous disclosure obligations
• Provide compliance advisory support to business units
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, or related discipline
• Min 3 years of compliance/regulatory experience in REIT management, asset management, or CMS licence holder
• Hands-on experience with MAS regulatory filings and REIT compliance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of SGX listing rules and continuous disclosure requirements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
