Sales Engineer

About the role

MQuest Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. He/She will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering innovative solutions to our valued clients. In this full-time position, you will leverage your expertise and sales acumen to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

1. Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, networking, and account management
2. Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and pain points, and propose tailored solutions that align with their needs
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to secure new business
4. Collaborate with the technical team to develop custom engineering solutions and ensure smooth implementation
5. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline, and provide regular progress updates to the management team
6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the company's value proposition
7. Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and proactive account management

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling business solutions
3. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships
4. Proficiency in using sales enablement tools
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support the growth and development of the sales function
