Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive and Management team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying organized, and have a strong sense of discretion, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient, professional, and confidential support to the Executive and Management team
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Handle travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, and logistics
  • Run occasional business and personal errands as required
  • Manage reservations and assist with both professional and personal scheduling
  • Assist with general office coordination and support tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma qualification
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Reliable, mature, and discreet with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
  • A professional demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Former cabin crew experience is an advantage, valued for service mindset and professionalism
