Technical Program Manager,contract (Payment Infrastructure/ Networks /Cloud) - Pasir Ris

This is a contract 9 months.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage stakeholders to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives, ensuring alignment of schedules and dependencies.
• Define, organize, and manage project activities, specifying what, who, when, and how tasks are executed.
• Adjust project levers (e.g., schedule, staffing, features) to deliver results on time and within scope.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency across programs and teams.
• Build and maintain effective program teams within and across the organization, supporting them throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage escalations, proactively resolving obstacles and dependencies.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by setting program metrics, optimizing resources, and ensuring stakeholders have timely access to data.
• Define and maintain governance structures, program trackers, and automated monitoring processes.
• Conduct technical analyses to support engineering execution, determine project scope, milestones, and resource needs, and where relevant, engineer solutions to enhance tooling and processes.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to identify, implement, and measure process improvements, leveraging metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Expertise in organizing and managing program execution, including governance plans, status reports, and escalation management.
• Skilled in managing organizational change, including impact assessments and rollout plans, minimizing disruption to operations.
• Advanced planning, project management, and communication skills, including preparing charters, dashboards, roadmaps, and executive updates.
• Relevant domain expertise in areas such as networking protocols, payments infrastructure, operating systems, release management, or cloud computing.
