Hydroculture Sales and Operations Executive / Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hydroculture Sales and Operations Executive/Assistant Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and oversee daily operations related to hydroculture products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable gardening solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new hydroculture business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet sales targets and promote product solutions.
• Manage daily distribution, installation, and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics for timely delivery.
• Oversee quality control and customer support.
• Prepare sales and operational reports.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior or management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and operations, preferably in hydroculture or gardening solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of hydroculture products, systems, and industry trends is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Diploma and Higher Nitec Graduates are also welcome to apply
