Position Summary:

The Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our audience, increase sales performance, and improve livestream reach. This role requires a data-driven marketer with creative vision and deep knowledge of TikTok’s ecosystem, algorithms, and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive audience expansion, viewer retention, and sales conversions on TikTok livestreams.
  • Identify high-potential creators, products, and campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze livestream performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with content, influencer management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.
  • Monitor TikTok trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates to adapt strategies.
  • Experiment with new tactics, such as ad campaigns, cross-platform promotion, and interactive livestream features.
  • Build partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Track performance against KPIs, preparing regular reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in livestreaming or e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, audience behavior, and engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with TikTok Shop and livestream selling.
  • Background in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
  • Familiarity with social commerce trends and tools.
