The successful candidate will define and execute efficient operational performance that will maximise performance and quality control of products from order to post delivery. This is a central kitchen. He or she will report to the Head Chef or Sous Chef

• Design and decorate cakes using techniques such as icing, fondant work, piping, and sugar crafting.
• Collaborate with clients or the design team to bring cake concepts to life.
• Prepare and mix various icings, fondants, fillings, and decorative elements.
• Ensure all cakes meet quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Stay updated with current trends in cake decoration and new techniques.
• Assist with inventory control of decorating supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain ISO 22000 /HACCP/HALAL records as required

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cake decorating.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various decoration techniques.
• Excellent artistic and creative abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with piping tools, airbrushes, fondant tools, and other cake-decorating equipment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proactive and highly organised , able to work unsupervised
