Marketing Specialist

At AngusKnight Singapore (AKG), we empower people through employment, health and education - enabling them to thrive in their communities. For this role, the successful candidate will be supporting the Healthy Workplace Ecosystem (HWE) programme under our Health Services team.

Since the inception of the HWE Programme in 2017, Health Promotion Board (HPB) has been partnering with landlords and developers to bring healthier food options, complimentary workout sessions, educational workshops and health screenings to workers and tenants.

As HPB’s appointed Project Manager from 2023, AKG has been actively marketing and implementing health and wellness programmes across various HWE sites / virtually in support of our national strategy of making health programmes accessible to more working adults.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and a self-motivated Marketing Specialist who is passionate about utilising their skills to make a difference in the lives of others, especially in the area of health and wellness.

You will primarily be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and executing marketing activities for AKG’s various Health & Wellness Programmes across all digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and design digital marketing content and spearhead marketing campaigns aimed at building and promoting AKG’s various Health & Wellness programmes
• Develop and implement social media marketing plan for AKG Singapore social media channels
• Manage AKG Singapore social media accounts including content generation, management of public enquiries / comments and billing matters
• Partner closely with internal team to develop and design EDMs and marketing collaterals to promote programmes to clients to help them fulfil their employee health and wellness objectives
• Monitor and analyse performance data and trends to optimise and improve marketing campaigns
• Record marketing outcomes and provide weekly / monthly performance reports
• Support ad hoc corporate / regional social media marketing efforts as required
• Adhere to AKG, Project and Singapore Government guidelines, policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry events, trends and marketing best practices

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience (preference for those with experience working in an MNC and / or the health & wellness industry)

Role Skill and Knowledge Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields (knowledge in health & wellness is a bonus)
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva required (experience with videography software such as CapCut or PremierPro a plus)
• Entrepreneurial with a proficiency in digital marketing, lead generation, content development / design and various social media platforms
• Analytical, adept at ideation and thinking ‘outside the box’
• Strong written communication and visual presentation skills
• Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
• Proactive and a strong team player
• Flexibility to manage changing priorities and concurrent tasksAbility to perform with minimal supervision under a fast-paced, operational work environment
