Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician with expertise in modern automotive technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CANbus systems, OBD diagnostics, speed limiting solutions, GPS tracking, ADAS, and DMS.As an Automotive Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of vehicles equipped with these technologies and providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles equipped with CANbus, OBD, GPS tracking, speed limiting, ADAS, and DMS technologies.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot GPS tracking devices and related systems.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions for their automotive technology requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle service history, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure that all systems are functioning according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new products and technologies.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair, with a focus on CANbus, OBD, speed limiting, GPS tracking, ADAS, and DMS.
- Strong background in GPS platforms and troubleshooting of related systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers professionally.
- A customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends, as required.
