We are a locally owned 7-Eleven franchise store operating with a small, tight-knit team. Unlike corporate stores, we believe in transparency and shared success. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and upsell fast-moving items to customers to drive store sales.Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves when necessary, and ensure the store looks presentable.
Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on product expiry dates to ensure customer safety and compliance.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service at the counter.
Shift Availability:
Sunrise Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: Negotiable (based on experience).
Profit-Sharing Bonus: We practice open-book management. If the store makes a profit after operational reserves, team members receive a bonus (typically a % of net profit).
Sales Commissions: Earn extra commission on specific merchant promotions (e.g., Telco SIM cards, exclusive merchandise).
