What you'll do:

• Support the sales and trading team by assisting with daily operations on the trading floor, ensuring all processes run smoothly under time-sensitive conditions.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to facilitate seamless communication and efficient workflow between front office and middle office functions.
• Utilise your strong knowledge of derivatives to provide accurate information and support for complex transactions, contributing to effective risk management.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations using advanced MS Excel skills, including data analysis and visualisation to inform decision-making processes.
• Assist in automating routine tasks through the use of relevant tools, streamlining operations and improving overall efficiency within the team.
• Maintain meticulous records of trades and client interactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by building positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
