Data and Commercial Support (6 months contract)
Position: Data & Commercial Support (6 months contract) - CK
- SAP Data Entry & Maintenance
- Assist in entering, updating, and maintaining material, customer, and pricing data in the SAP system. Ensure accuracy and consistency in line with internal data governance
- Commercial Data Updates & Documentation
- Support the preparation and maintenance of key commercial data lists and related documentation. Coordinate updates based on internal inputs and ensure timely sharing with relevant teams.
- Presentation & Visual Content Support
- Assist in designing and enhancing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use. Ensure all slides are visually compelling, aligned with corporate branding, and clearly convey key messages
- Reporting & Administrative Support
- Help generate basic data extracts and summaries to support commercial operations. Perform data checks, organize digital files, and assist in documenting processes and workflows.
- Market Research & Ad Hoc support
- Contribute to basic market research activities, such as gathering competitor intelligence, identifying industry trends, or compiling public data for internal analysis. Summarize findings in clear, concise formats for team use.
- Support the sales and operations leadership with ad hoc tasks, data gathering, reporting, and coordination efforts as assigned.
Requirements: ➤Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
➤Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.➤Experience in sales operations, supply chain coordination, or a similar role
