About the role
This is a contract Compliance Officer/ Regulatory Operations Executive role at Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd, based in the Paya Lebar East Region. You will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with relevant banking and financial services regulations and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on regulatory compliance across all business operations
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Track regulatory updates and advise business units on impacts
- 2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory operations role, ideally within the banking or financial services sector
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address compliance risks
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with various business units
- Min. Diploma in Business / Economics
