The Role
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and poised Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. If you have a genuine love for design, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude, we would love to meet you.
This role requires a regular commitment of two days per week:- Every Saturday (Full day)
- One Weekday (To be mutually agreed upon)
- Client Experience: Welcome visitors, share the brand’s story, and provide attentive, personalized styling advice.
- Boutique Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations independently, including opening/closing duties, cash handling, and maintaining a pristine store environment.
- Inventory & Visuals: Ensure merchandise is beautifully displayed, restocked, and handled with care.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred, but a stellar attitude and willingness to learn are key.
- Highly responsible, punctual, and comfortable working independently in the boutique.
- Articulate and warm communicator who enjoys engaging with people.
- A natural alignment with a minimalist, high-end design aesthetic.
- Must be able to commit to Saturdays consistently.
