InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will support the marketing department in executing impactful campaigns, managing digital platforms, and creating content that reflects our luxury lifestyle positioning. You will also play an important role in ensuring our communications remain on-brand, timely, and effective across multiple channels.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Digital Marketing
  • Hygiene maintenance of the hotel’s digital platforms including website updates, Google Business Profiles, OTA listings, and e-voucher pages.
  • Brief and collaborate with appointed digital agencies for paid search campaigns (Google SEM) and SEO content optimization; monitor campaign performance for effectiveness.
  • Execute advertising efforts for direct and OTA channels on IHG’s proprietary system – IHG Boost.
  • Execute compelling email communications: calendar creation, design mailers, database maintenance, segmentation, and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with Design lead to ideate compelling social media content that highlight key sells. Amplify content through paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram).
Campaigns & Partnerships
  • Support the execution of annual marketing plans: conceptualize promotional mechanics; develop effective comms/publicity plans that leverage online and offline touchpoints to drive marketing objectives; manage campaign timelines; post-campaign reporting.
  • Partnerships: Serve as the primary liaison from ideation and development of win-win ideas with potential partners to drafting proposals and negotiating deliverables.
  • Key liaison to internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication of marketing objectives, campaign deliverables and support required.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights to support continuous improvement.
Public Relations
  • Draft media releases, champion media outreach initiatives, maintain media relations.
  • Develop hosting itineraries in consultation with key stakeholders within and cross-department, briefing of operational teams prior to hosting date.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of media coverage; Archive and track press clippings in a timely manner, update brand asset library; provide monthly Public Relations coverage reports.
  • Hygiene maintenance of media/influencer lists, with continual efforts to cultivate media network.
Budget & Reporting
  • Maintain budget tracker in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collect vendor quotes, ensure timely approvals and payments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviours to identify opportunities.
Team & Stakeholder Support
  • Develop effective relationships within the Marketing team and cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and achievement of business objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing with minimum 2-year proven experience in marketing, with direct involvement in marketing campaigns, partnerships and Public Relations initiatives.
  • Prior experience in hospitality industry would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Website CMS (WordPress), Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
  • Excellent communicator in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with diverse audiences.
  • An enthusiastic collaborator who’s quick to build rapport, eager to learn, and capable of supporting cross-functional teamwork with clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong sense of ownership: you take initiative, are a resourceful problem-solver, is resilient and thrives under pressure.
  • Creative thinker with a genuine interest in hospitality, lifestyle, and travel trends.
