Responsibilities:

• Analyze banking operations and systems across FX, Money Market, Derivatives, Bonds, GIRO, and FAST.
• Work across core banking, back-office, front-office, information systems, and regulatory reporting systems.
• Capture business requirements as a Business Analyst and assess technical feasibility as a System Analyst.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in Singapore, Japan, and other APAC regions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create clear diagrams and documentation to communicate requirements and system changes.
• Manage tasks, timelines, risks, and communications within project scope.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including design, testing, acceptance, training, documentation, and implementation.
• Collaborate with project leads and sponsors to drive strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with proven expertise in requirements definition.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a System Analyst, with design, specification, and technical assessment experience.
• Knowledge in at least one of: FX, Money Market, Derivatives (IRS/CCS), Bonds, FAST/GIRO, or XB/MEPS Payments.
• Strong skills in creating business flow and system configuration diagrams, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Advantageous: Experience in multiple banking areas and working in multinational/global projects.
