HR Executive / HR Manager

Location: East Singapore

• HR Executive – Up to $3,800
• HR Manager – Up to $7,000

HR Executive

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administration
• Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, leave management, and HR documentation
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
• Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations
• Prepare HR reports and support internal HR projects

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
• Familiar with Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

HR Manager

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions and lead HR operations
• Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and workforce planning
• Manage recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations
• Advise management on HR matters and organizational development
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and corporate HR policies
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives
• Lead HR improvement projects and support business objectives across departments

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in MNC manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
• Leadership experience with strong stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with good problem-solving and communication abilities
